Does SharpNEAT run on Mono?
Yes. Mono has moved on in leaps and bounds in recent years, however when I last performance tested SharpNEAT under Mono it was significantly slower than running under the Microsoft dotNet environement, that was several versions ago and some work has been done to improve Mono’s code execution speed since then – all I can say is, just try it.
