Service Electric provides no technical assistance for America Online or any of its products. America Online is its own proprietary software and is not guaranteed to work on our cable modem network. It is the customers responsibility to contact America Online if there is a problem with their software. Service Electric will provide support for the cable modem only, and will make sure the customer is able to access the Internet through a standard web browser. Any problems arising from the use of America Online software is not the responsibility of Service Electric.
