Does Service Electric provide a Digital Phone User Guide?
Yes. On Service Electric’s homepage, www.secv.com, enter your zip code and/or select your location (Birdsboro, Hazleton, or Sunbury). You’ll be redirected to the specific location’s homepage. Click on the Customer Service tab and then click “Phone”. On this page there is an icon you can click that will bring up a .pdf of the Digital Phone User Guide. In addition, all new phone customers will receive a hard copy.
