Does Serrano have a homeowners association?
Yes. The Serrano El Dorado Homeowners’ Association enforces the community rules. The homeowners’ association is also responsible for the maintenance of the public facilities including the village green, the many neighborhood parks, and the hiking/biking trails. The association also mows and maintains the front yards or all house (not including custom homes). Homeowner dues vary from house to house, however the average price is about $115 to $150 per month.
