In general, the answer is yes. Sequencher 4.10.1 will automatically install 64 bit drivers on 64 bit operating systems. Versions of Sequencher prior to 4.10.1 will not install any drivers on 64 bit operating systems. Please download and install the 64 bit compatible drivers.
