Yes! Google does support UTF-8 Encoding. Since the Google API provides results for UTF-8 Encoding we are able to do so as well. Google says in their API FAQ, “The Google Web APIs support requests and responses in UTF-8, allowing you to make requests in all of the world’s languages.
