Before sending the data access request to your signing Official (SO) for review and counter-signature, the primary investigator (PI) submitting the request must electronically sign the request by affirming (placing a check next to) the same statements that the SO must also affirm. Below are the two statements that both a PI must check (affirm) in step 6 of the Data Access Request, and the SO must check (affirm) when (s)he approves the request: [ ] I have checked PDF applications and certify that the submitted information is valid. [ ]I agree to all governing principles, policies and terms of access as articulated in the Data Use Certification(s) that accompany my full application.
