No, the SelectRadio software is licensed on a per-device basis with a one-time license fee of $25 per device. The license stays with the device (i.e. can be sold/transferred to a new user if you sell the device), and is not transferable to a new device except in the case of a documented warranty exchange from your carrier or device OEM. SelectRadio software can access Sirius Internet Radio and XM Radio Online, which each require a login, available at no additional charge for Sirius or XM Radio subscribers (see your specific package plan for details) or available via a separate online-only subscription option through Sirius or XM Radio.
