No. Patch management features in the installed products database (IPD, as reported by swlist) needed for security_patch_check analysis were added in 11.0. The features are not available in 10.x releases. We understand there is a large installed base on 10.20 but many new products are being introduced only on newer operating system releases. Customers have to trade-off upgrading to new operating systems for new features vs. their other constraints.
