Does Securitas recommend filing in ASCII or HTML?

0

The SEC has declared its intention to replace ASCII with HTML as the primary EDGAR filing format though the Commission has not yet set a date for abandoning ASCII formatted filings. We expect the change in filing standards to occur within the next year and encourage you to have Securitas submit your filings in HTML format. You may submit your document to us in any word processing format and Securitas will convert your document into a visually pleasing HTML coded filing while preserving much of the original formatting. Unless specified otherwise Securitas will submit your filing to the SEC in HTML format.
