No. All passwords must be cleared before the files are packed. This is applicable to all the linked presentation files which will be packed within the archive too. This is due to the following reasons: (a) The password protected files are not compatible with earlier version of PowerPoint. (b) The PowerPoint XP object model prevents direct access via VBA.
