Does SeaTac Escrow, Inc. need copies of pest inspections?
If the lender requires a pest inspection, then the preliminary and final pest inspection report needs to be delivered to us. Both buyers and sellers will sign these reports at closing. We will then forward the signed copies to the lender. If you wish the pest inspection to be paid by SeaTac Escrow, Inc., please provide a copy of this bill to SeaTac Escrow, Inc. prior to closing.
