The Seasons Hospice Foundation mission is to assist patients and their families who have unique needs that fall outside the Hospice Benefit. The Foundation provides support for extraordinary needs related to the emotional support and comfort of the patient and their family. Traditional co-pays, out-of-pocket expenses and deductible costs are not expenses that qualify for a Foundation intervention.
