Does Screen NSW have proforma Writer, Producer or Director Agreements?
Screen NSW provides proforma agreements on its website under “Doing Business with the Screen NSW”, these agreements are specifically for use at Development stage (in the absence of longform agreements between the Applicant and the Key Creatives). They have been developed for Screen NSW’s purposes and we recommend that you obtain independent advice as to whether they will suit your specific project / situation.
