Does Scottrade accept faxed application forms and documents?

However, if your account is established using faxed or emailed documents, you must mail the application form, the W-8BEN form with original signature and other documents as soon as possible (we recommend you send it via EMS, UPS or Fedex) to complete the application process. Before we receive your original documents, you can log into your account and deposit funds, but you cannot place trades.
