• Yes. All returns of uninstalled standard components (EDUs, KPIs, controllers) for refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee (as per the original purchase price) and require authorization prior to return. Custom orders and/or install components are NOT eligible for refund. Furthermore, All returns of faulty EDUs (regardless of condition) qualify for a 5% purchase credit (of the original purchase price of the EDU) applicable towards the next client order.
