Yes. SCIENCE 100 satisfies the requirements of any professional program at the University of Alberta which requires any of the following courses: BIOL 107 and 108, CHEM 101,102, 164, CMPUT 174, EAS 100 and 105, MATH 114 and 115, PHYS 144 and 146 or PSYCO 104. Can I take additional courses during my first year? No. SCIENCE 100 and WRS 103, An Introduction to Writing in the Sciences, is a full course load of 30 credits.
