Does Saw Palmetto enlarge your breasts, stop sagging and stop hair loss? Anyone tried it with good results?
Actually, no it doesn’t. Women seldom get any major benefit from Saw Palmetto except that it’s an antioxidant. It helps to nourish a man’s prostate and obviously women don’t have a prostate, so they wouldn’t get that benefit. It doesn’t specifically affect Estrogen (which could impact the size of the breasts) or Testosterone (which could affect hair loss due to DHT issues). Also, the only thing that could affect sagging breasts would be skin elasticity and skin health (Biotin, Silica, etc) which is hard to alter enough to change how much the breasts sag… larger breasts weigh more and will sag more as a part of nature. I wouldn’t trust anything that was claiming it would do that, especially Saw Palmetto. Good luck and I hope I helped!
