Yes Shippuden is set 2 years after the end of the first series and yes it is airing in Japan now, on Wednesday or Thursday nights I believe, meaning that by Friday afternoon it is available online for download with English subtitles. It’s not all about going after Sasuke though, it is what Naruto wants but things come up that force him to postpone his journey. And as for Sasuke loving Sakura…not likely, a Ninja is not meant to feel emotions so they may carry out their missions without distraction.
