Yes, Sapphire v2 has been tested and works well with After Effects CS4 on both Windows and Mac. Make sure you are using 2.041 or greater. However, Premiere Pro CS4 has some known problems with AE plug-in support. We are working with Adobe to resolve these issues, but for now, if you need to use Sapphire with Premiere Pro we suggest not upgrading to CS4.
