Does SAP buy back stock?
The Executive Board of SAP AG was authorized by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 3, 2008, to acquire up to 120 million shares of the company on or before November 30, 2009. The repurchase may be effected on the stock exchange or by way of a public offer to all shareholders.
