The sanofi-aventis U.S. Educational Grant Transparency Report does not include: (1) funds that may have been provided by other affiliated entities in the sanofi-aventis Group (including Puerto Rico and Sanofi Pasteur); and (2) activities funded in connection with a joint venture or other commercial alliance.
