There are educational and experience requirements for all jobs at SANDAG; these are clearly outlined in any job announcement we post. The core positions at the agency do require college/university-level education. Many of our staff have bachelor’s and/or master’s degrees in the following or related disciplines: Accounting, Business Management, Communications, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Geography, Information Technology, Law, Marketing, Planning, Public Administration, Social Sciences.
