Does Salon have a Traffic Manager?
In television, a Traffic Manager makes sure that ads are placed in a non-competing, non-offensive manner (it’s not all they do). Non-competing: you don’t want to place ads from the area’s two biggest car dealers right after each other. Non-offensive: you don’t wantto run a spot on the evening news for an airline that just had one of its plane crash. What does this have to do with this post? While reading the responses to this post, I noticed an ad promoting a weight-loss program as seen on CNN and some miracle cure for stretch marks.
