I think Sasuke was Sakura’s first love, and Sakura was the first girl ever close to Sasuke. She loved him with all her heart, but he didn’t return the same feelings. She had engraved him in her heart, so I think yes, Sakura still loves Sasuke. And Sakura is still the first and only girl to be close like that to Sasuke.
