Does Saint Josephs University have a conditional acceptance program for students needing to improve their English-language skills? What is the EPIS program?
Students who need to improve their English-language skills may apply concurrently to both Saint Josephs graduate programs and to the ELS Center located on our campus via the EPIS program (English Program for International Students). You will be considered by the University for conditional admission based on your application materials excluding the English-language requirement (and official GMAT/GRE score, if required). If the graduate program decides that you are an admissible candidate pending successful completion of English language studies (and the required GMAT/GRE score, if required) you will be issued a letter of conditional admission. Once you have successfully completed ELS Level 112 you will be eligible for full admission to the University. If your graduate program also requires an official GMAT/GRE score, then you will also have to achieve the required score on that exam before you will be fully admitted.
