Does Sailor Moon really become Sailor Cosmos?
The Sailor Quartet(Chibi Usa’s court)asks Sailor Cosmos the same question in the manga. Here is the story, and then you can decide…. In the manga, Sailor Moon is fighting Chaos at the Galaxy Cauldron where all stars are created and destroyed. After Sailor Moon plunges into the cauldron in order to save the galaxy, chibi chibi changes into Sailor Cosmos and explains to the sailor quartet (when they ask her if she is the future, the ultimate Sailor Moon) that she was a coward that ran away from where she should have been. She tells them that she will never be able to match eternal Sailor Moon’s final show of courage and power. She has come from the far future, and run away from the battle with Sailor Chaos.
