Basically no. If you already have an existing OS, then there will be no additional software licensing cost for Rush Hour 2 since it will run on Microsoft Desktop Engine that is already included in the Rush Hour 2 CD Installer. Like any other Windows-based software programs, Rush Hour 2 requires a Windows Operating System to run.
