well some fat should burn off but maybe not all but your legs will probably get stronger… but i think that is good!

Running won’t help much, at least not in a reasonable amount of time. You need resistance training to really burn ‘tough’ fat. Lift weights, do yoga or pilates and that should take care of it. Although, if you do a lot of hills or underproanate (land too much on your heels) that could cause the blood to pool in your legs giving the effect of bigger legs (not to mention varicose veins). Otherwise, you really need to work in some light resistance training with your running to maintain a sleeker look, that’s where the yoga and pilates work best.

You will first lose that fat and the muscle will build and begin to show. But never in my days have i seen big *** muscular legs, they are normally skinny w/ muscle showing.

Cardio is the best way to lose fat, so yes, your legs will get smaller.

Actually.. it really depends on the person.. Running can actually tone your legs adding muscle making them larger, not skinnier!! The good news is, you will burn that fat off and it will be muscle instead of fat..
