Yeah they have skinny jeans there, i’m honestly not a huge fan of Rue 21 because they’re clothes are kind of poor quality, but they do have a lot of cute things. But i’ve looked at the jeans and they don’t look so bad, pretty cute actually. I’m really short also and i’ve tried jeans on there and they’ve fit so you’ll be okay!
