Does Rogers charge data fee for blackberry $15 unlimited email plan?

Hi everyone, Today I signed $15 blackberry email plan with 1 year subscription, Rogers CSR offered blackberry 8310 with GPS for $150. I know this might not be the best deal but well I accepted it. I am wondering that if I use this $15 unlimited email plan, does Rogers charge data fee for email? I am not going to use this phone for web surfing. Just for emails. The CSR offered 2MB for first month for free. I also heard that actually Rogers charges for GPS using, because this GPS goes through Rogers network to work, it is different with regular GPS. Is this true? If they are going to charge me data fee for email plan, can I call back to cancel the deal? Is there a certain time for customer to cancel this? Thank you!
