Yes, Kapow Robosuite support Chinese and Japanese on all collected informations. It includes Unicode conversion from most charset’s including Shift JIS and EUC_JP. Note however that the user-interface for the RoboSuite applications are in English only. However you need to tweek RoboSuite a little before it runs correctly. Basicly you need to change the font.properties file that is installed in jre/lib catalogue of the RoboSuite installation, by copying the font.properties.ja or one of the other character set files over it (Remember to take a backup of the default file). Restart and you should be seeing the correct charset. Chineese customers may use the font.properties in this file It also contains a new font for window that can display the characters correctly and a test robot.
