Does Roanoke Firearms do FFL transfers?
Yes, however it depends on several factors. Please read our policy below. Roanoke Firearms will, at OUR sole discretion, accept FFL transfers under the following conditions: 1.) The transfer MUST be pre-authorized by a member of the staff of Roanoke Firearms. 2.) We will NOT accept transfers for firearms which we stock, whether they are in stock, or temporarily out of stock. 3.) Any transfer not pre-authorized by Roanoke Firearms will be refused upon delivery, and the purchaser and shipper will be responsible for all shipping and related costs. 4.) The fact that an online firearms dealer has our FFL on file from a previous transaction DOES NOT mean that future transfers will be accepted. Each and every transaction MUST be authorized by Roanoke Firearms. 5.) Since it is beyond our capability to notify each online firearms dealer of these policies, it is the customer’s reponsibility to verify the shipper’s claim that Roanoke Firearms will accept transfers.
