Does River Rock/Stone come in different ints?

It seems when I drive by some homes that have been landscaped with river rock/stone that it can appear to be a different color that other river rock colors. I realize river rock is a combination of various colors of rock but it seems that the overall ‘tint’ to the rock can be darker or lighter or more gray or more brown when compared to other river rock. I am trying to find river rock with a lighter/whiter tint is why I ask. Thanks.
