Does RightLife UL have a Catch-Up Provision?
USFL will send the policyholder a notice when either the Twenty-Year Minimum or Selected Guarantee is in jeopardy of terminating. These notices will be triggered any time the actual net payments have not satisfied the required premiums. The policy owner has 61 days in which to make up for payments that were skipped. If the policy owner does not pay the deficit premium during the 61 day grace period the Twenty-Year Minimum or Selected Guarantee will terminate and cannot be reinstated.
