Does Righteous Zeal allow me to contact enemy units and engage them in assault during my opponents turn?
No. It used to. However, with the changeover to 5th Ed., the Consolidation move was modified so that a unit which consolidates can not longer move to within 1″ of an enemy model. Since the RZ move is considered a Consolidation move, it cannot be used to contact enemy units, thus engaging them in assault.
