Does Rice offer any international trips during the business school experience?
Every year, students from all three Rice MBA programs may choose to embark on several international trips. Arranged during winter and spring breaks, the different options do not conflict with class schedules. Before embarking on an international trip, Rice MBA for Professionals students must first arrange leave from work. Past trips have included destinations including China, Mexico, Latin America, South America and India. Itineraries include visits to corporate offices, U.S. embassies, and plant sites, as well as alumni and prospective student events. Students make business contacts and learn firsthand about the economic situations in the host countries.
