Does RezEasy Front Desk work with touch screen technology?
Touch screen is a function of the monitor and software supplied with the monitor rather than an individual applications. Basically the touch screen software translates the various actions of touching the screen into commands that the PC can understand, in the same way that a click of the mouse is translated into a command. Therefore, the touch screen action of tapping a button should produce the same effect, within an application, as clicking the mouse over that button. Most software should function using touch screen technology. We have a trial version of our software available for download. You could ask your hardware supplier to demo the touch screens together with a PC on which you have RezEasy Front Desk installed. This will allow you to see both the software and hardware in a practical setting.
