Does restraunt prepared tuna(i.e. grilled or baked) taste anything like the stuff u get from a can?
Grilled or baked tuna in a restaurant is usually one whole piece of meat, so it is totally different than canned tuna which is little pieces. Also the process of grilling or baking and the seasonings used add to the flavor. Have you ever had grilled or baked salmon? It’s nothing like the taste of canned salmon. Another comparison would be steak and ground beef. Yes, it comes from the same place, but the end product is much different.
