Are you talking about xp restore point. If so then perhaps but no guarentees. If it is an unwanted tool bar that you have installed then you can uninstall it or turn it off by right clicking mouse on tool bar and untick the tool bar. If it has been installed without your knowledge then you may need to run some sort of Adware Malware removal program such as Spy Bot Search and destroy or Adaware or AVG spyware removal. If it is one of the later types of toolbars they usually hijack your browser as well so removal is the best option.
