Absolutely not. There is no cure for schizophrenia. In unusual cases, it spontaneously can get better in old age (reduced symptoms, I don’t think a total recovery happens), is my understanding, but it has nothing to do with the medication, and the reason this happens is not known. There is significant and widespread brain damage in schizophrenia that can be seen in autopsies. That’s what causes the symptoms.
