Does resistance to change increase with age, or is it an acquired mind set ?

I found that change at work usually meant more work due to having to learn and implement something new and that’s why I didn’t like it. The older I get the more I have a “comfort zone” and that zone likes things just the way they are! Some change is good while others are done just for the sake of change without any real benefit or advantage. Requiring people to retire older than 65 is going to make for some mighty cranky seniors in the work place! Glad I don’t have to go through that torture!

I think you are a retired and with much experience about how life is everywhere. And know with age all concepts needs a revision-to see clearer and know better. All i said is in general-but know not many care about all this. You are the luck ones!
