Does reporting a spam message from a forwarded account (such as, Yahoo, AOL, etc.) result in blocking all email from that account?

If a spam message from a forwarded account is reported as spam, Spam Protector is smart enough to blacklist only the original sender of the message. Spam Protector will not block all email from the forwarded account, but only messages that are spam.
