hi fran, i am a crohn’s pt. like yourself. I have had this disease since the age of 12. I had Remicade treatments for 3 yrs. I never had weight gain at all. Regular steroids will cause weight gain. The newer one, Entocort, doesn’t seeing as it isn’t absorbed into your bloodstream. I am on that as well as Humira because Remicade stopped working for me.
