Does Recognose do anything else other than produce the Wine Aroma Dictionary and Olive Oil Tasting Wheel?
Yes, although Recognose is primarily in the business of publishing these two products, we also supply wine aroma reference materials in other forms to help wine consumers understand wine aromas and flavours. For example, the wine aroma standards that form part of the interactive displays in the National Wine Centre of Australia were suggested by, created and supplied by Recognose. We also supply non-wine related aromas for use in other interactive exhibitions developed by organisations such as the National Museum of Australia.
