Does RealEC select the provider/vendor for the orders? Is there an approved list of providers I need to be on in order to receive new orders?

RealEC is a technology company and not an appraisal or vendor management company. When we receive an order request from a lender, it includes the provider they want RealEC to send the order to. Your customers will continue to determine which orders you will receive.
