2. Learn about different systems such as automation, duplication, and delegation
3. Be creative in other to multiply the results of your resources and effort.
4. Most importantly, Set realistic goals.

However, you must be smart about investing in real estate as it’s a complicated business that has both high risks and high rewards. Because of these factors, there are many gurus out there selling programs to teach you how to invest in real estate. As with everything, “buyer beware.” Before plunking down thousands of dollars on a one week boot camp, find your local real estate investors association (REIA) and attend some of their meetings. Having a local mentor who knows the local markets and can help you long term will get you a lot farther than a national guru who sweeps into town throws a lot of information at you then sweeps right back out of town.
