Does RDD handle shipments as an agent if importers have service contracts with carriers directly?

It is not a problem to act as an agent to follow up on all shipments under our customers’ service contracts. The advantage is that RDD may provide the services for some shipments that the carriers do not have or are not covered by the service contracts such as air freight and LCL shipments.
