Does RCA offer financial assistance in paying for a delinquent utility bill?
No. However, RCA Staff will provide consumers with a list of community organizations and governmental agencies, such as the Public Assistance, that may be helpful in this regard. The Division of Public Assistance administers the General Relief Assistance. GRA is designed to meet the immediate, basic needs of Alaskans facing extreme financial crisis (examples of basic needs include utilities). For more information call (907) 269-6599.
