Does Rap Influence Violence?
I think any song that has violent lyrics is bound to have an effect on susceptible teenagers, should it be rap or rock. But i find rock most disturbing because it is sang by mainly black people and in the videos as well as the lyrics they degrade other black people especially the women. I love the music of rap and the meaningful lyrics that give a positive message, but those are few and far between.
